1. Returns:

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you have simply decided you no longer want the item(s) purchased. All sales are final unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items:

• If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us via email stellacosmeticsau@gmail.com. We will assess the issue and provide instructions on how to return the item for a refund or replacement.

3. Exchanges:

• Exchanges are available for items that are in new, unused condition and in the original packaging, within 14 days of purchase.

• All orders are aimed to be dispatched the following business day business of receiving payment. No orders are dispatched on the weeked.

• Stella Cosmetics can not be held liable for lost products once collected by the courier. 

4. Shipping Fees:

• We offer flat-rate shipping fees for all orders within Australia of $15.
• Orders over $250 recieve free shipping.

5. Delivery Address:

• Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
• We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Delivery Attempts:

• If you are not available to receive your package at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a notification card with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or collect your package from a local depot.
